Thank you for your unwavering support of CyberCrimesHelp.org. Your contributions empower us to advance cyber safety awareness, support victims of cybercrime, and strengthen our community outreach initiatives. Please take note of our Refund & Cancellation Policy outlined below, which governs the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of donations and paid services made to CyberCrimesHelp.org.

Donations

All donations made to support the Organization's charitable activities are voluntary and are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, including:

  • Duplicate transactions;
  • Incorrect payment amount due to technical error;
  • Unauthorised transactions verified by the payment gateway or issuing bank;
  • Payment made due to an identifiable system error.

Requests for refunds must be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction by emailing [donations@cybercrimeshelp.org] along with the transaction details.

Approved refunds shall be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
